Always a great experience at Root 309! After years of being unable to obtain the color I was hoping for, I started going to Root 309 to see Lauren Weiss. She gave me the perfect color from the very first appointment.
I have been coming here to see Kaylin for at least the last 8 years, it may be longer. She does an amazing job always, so much so that even though I moved to Florida, each year when I am in town I schedule an appointment with her. I panicked a little thinking I had lost her when the salon reopened as ROOT 309 Salon. So glad that is not the case. The salon is beautiful, everyone here is very kind and Kaylin is talented and reliable. I haven't found a stylist I really mesh with in Florida, but I feel very fortunate that Kaylin always fits me in and makes my hair look fantastic.
